Yes. We sell Rapid, Hi-Fi and Orasle products — no duplicates or unbranded copies. Where a product carries a BIS licence number we print it on the product page so you can check it yourself on the BIS Care app.
Will I get a GST bill?
Always. Every sale gets a proper GST invoice with our GSTIN and HSN codes. The bill is also what you need for any warranty claim.
Why do prices change so often?
Raw material rates move and the makers revise their price lists from time to time. Our website prices follow the latest Rapid, Hi-Fi and Orasle price lists — the date shown with each price tells you when it was last updated. Please confirm the final price at the counter or on WhatsApp.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, for regular customers. You can buy now and pay in fixed installments. Every payment is recorded against your name, and we can send you your full statement on WhatsApp anytime.
Do you give wholesale rates to electricians, shops and contractors?
